Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $120. Orders under $120 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. We also offer local pickup at Rule Fitness. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Rule Biologics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Subscriptions

Our auto-replenish subscription service provides a 5% discount on recurring orders. Subscriptions can be modified or canceled at any time through your account. Changes to subscriptions take effect on the next billing cycle.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return approval.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Rule Biologics website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Rule Biologics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability
